Fresh Air
I'm so freakin excited about the new things going on at youth. Roger and Rachel are going to be our new youth pastors and they are so fired up for this coming year. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about what our ministry was gonna do when Rick left, but I have no doubt that this is gonna be an awesome God thing. It's weird because they didn't really give any details about what they're planning on doing, but I just feel really excited about it. I think it's probably God getting people ready and united under Roger because alot of people are excited too. It's nice because this is the first time in like eight months that I've been really excited about Fusion. It's like...and this is gonna sound really corney...but it's like when you're sick and you've been in your room all day with the door and windows closed. It gets all like heavy and it's almost hard to breath. Then someone comes in and opens a window and all this fresh air comes in, and you're finally able to breath again. That's what I feel like. It's like Roger and Rachel are bringing in all this fresh air and I'm so psyched!! Roger was also talking to me about small groups and he wants me to be a leader of one. That's really awesome to me because, and I'm sure this is just me, but I've felt for a long time that I had to be someone better to be given more leadership in the ministry. But Roger wants me to lead just as I am and that's so cool to me. So yeah I'm really excited about all the new changes and I can't wait to see what God has planned!
